The Annual General Meeting for all members of Ballinhassig AFC (as defined in the Club’s Constitution) will take place on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 7:30pm at Barrett's Bar Kileady.
Members as defined in Club’s Constitution will have a right to vote and propose nominations and motions at this meeting.
All nominations and motions duly proposed and seconded by voting members should be in the hands of the club secretary by Monday 20th July 2026. Please send to ballinhassigafc1979@gmail.com

- Chairperson Report.
- Secretary Report
- Treasurer Report
- Sub-Committee Update - Football Advisory
- Sub-Committee Update - Facilities Group
- Sub Committee Update - Grounds Development
- Approval of the Club Constitution
- Appointment of person/company to provide certified accounts for 2026/7
- Fixing of subscriptions for 2025/26 (or agree to defer for incoming committee)
- Any other motions proposed for discussion at the meeting
- Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee
Attending the AGM doesn’t mean you’ll be handed a job — it’s about having your say. We really need feedback, both positive and negative, as everyone's opinion matters in shaping the future of our club. We really hope to see you there.
