The Ballinhassig AFC Christmas Charity Collection raised a total of €1,800 for the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation and the great work they do supporting families all over Ireland.

The week before Christmas our members wore Christmas Jumpers and Santa hats to training and donated to this fantastic cause, which will assist with a thousand nursing hours. Well done to all involved and all who donated - thanks so much to Daire, John and all the coaches for organising.

At the handover of the cheque in our clubhouse this weekend was Eilín Ní Mhurchú of the Jack and Jill Foundation, John, Nathan and Logan Daly of our academy who are just one family who benefit from the care and support of this magnificent charity.
