The Annual General Meeting for all members of Ballinhassig AFC (as defined in the Club’s Constitution) will take place on Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 8pm
Members as defined in Club’s Constitution will have a right to vote and propose nominations and motions at this meeting.
All nominations and motions duly proposed and seconded by voting members should be in the hands of the club secretary by Monday 9th June 2025. Please send to ballinhassigafc1979@gmail.com

Attending the AGM doesn’t mean you’ll be handed a job — it’s about having your say. We really need feedback, both positive and constructive, as your opinion matters in shaping the future of our club. The club continues to grow, both on and off the pitch, and this year has the potential to be truly transformational for our grounds.
We're calling on everyone to share ideas and help us ensure the club remains a valuable asset for the entire community. There will be so many more opportunities and avenues towards social fitness and social inclusion with the development of our all-weather pitch that we want to explore but we need to hear those ideas and expand our volunteer group.
