After the sad news of the death of Billy O'Brien last week, we have more upsetting news to report, with the unexpected passing of longtime supporter and former committee member T.J. Reardon.

T.J. was a huge advocate for female football and a passionate supporter of his daughter Miriam, who played right through our girls section before moving on to Douglas Hall. T.J. sat on numerous committees within the club. An avid supporter and fund raiser, everyone at Ballinhassig AFC would like to extend their sympathy and thoughts to Mary, James, Alan & Miriam (both ex-players at the club) and all of T.J's extended family.

A guard of honour will be created by club members past and present to respect T.J.'s passing, outside Ballyheada church after the funeral mass 11am Monday 12th December.
