Agenda for 2024 Annual General Meeting of Ballinhassig AFC
The Annual General Meeting for members of Ballinhassig AFC (as defined in the Club’s Constitution) will take place on Wednesday 26th June 2024 at 8pm in The Ramble Inn, Halfway, Ballinhassig.
Members as defined in Club’s Constitution will have a right to vote and propose nominations and motions at this meeting.
All nominations and motions duly proposed and seconded by voting members should be in the hands of the club secretary by Monday 24th June 2023. Please send to ballinhassigafc1979@gmail.com

- Minutes of the previous AGM
- Chairman's Report.
- Secretary's Report
- Treasurer's Report
- Sub-Committee Updates (Football Advisory, Facilities Group, Grounds Development)
- Approval of the Club Constitution
- Appointment of person/company to provide certified accounts for 2025
- Fixing of subscriptions for 2023/24 (or deferral to incoming committee)
- Election of Officers and Members of the Executive Committee
