As you know, we offer a percentage of your membership fee to a nominated local charity - the charity selected this year was breakthrough cancer research founded by Prof Gerry O'Sullivan RIP from Curraheen. Gerry had a relationship with our club through his son Gearoid, a long time player with Ballinhassig in the West Cork and AUL Leagues. Below a nice message from Eoghan addressed to all club members.

Earlier this year we also contributed towards the Ballinhassig Flood Prevention Relief Fund. Denis McCarthy on behalf of all the residents wanted to say a massive thank you to all the members of Ballinhassig AFC.

Next up watch out for our hugely popular quiz night, from which all funds raised goes towards paying for soccer coaching in some of our local National Schools.
